Project Description: Loj Architecture & Building Science reimagined and retrofitted this creekside cottage in Kingston’s Rondout district, reformatting rooms, adding air/water infiltration strategies, new windows, and exterior insulation.

Design Innovations include a wood stove heated Keeping Room attached to a Screened Seating Area by a large folding glass door, creating a large bug-free indoor/outdoor space during the shoulder seasons; as well as a beamed high ceilinged Owner’s Bedroom.
